We author energy performance certificates (EPC) for residential- and non-residential buildings according to the energy saving regulation 2007 (EnEV 2007). As an expert EnEV we verify by calculation according to DIN V 18599 the authorization of (EPC) and
credit applications at the 'Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau'.

We offer also project coordination and quality safety in realizing the constructional and technical measures to warrant pay off of your investments.

We are registered authorizer for energy passes for buildings according to the Deutschen-Energie-Agentur (dena)

We comply verifiable and unrestricted the neutrality and independence demanded by "Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle" (bafa).

We offer on-site-consultation according to the stipulation of the bafa.

Our energy analyses of buildings are accredited by:
